The Solarium

The Solarium is our elegant, linen draped bedroom set! The colors are lavender, green and rose; with olive, lilac and natural wood accents. The studio is 201 square feet - 13 feet x 15.5 ft wide, with tall ceilings and curtains, with an 8 foot tall window on the east wall and another on the south wall. The entrance is on the south side of the building facing the street, adding another natural light source, splashing light along the rose and cream textured western wall. The North door leads to the kitchen and bathroom, which are available to you. These are shared spaces, so please do not walk through them undressed.

The light is brightest all throughout the morning and early afternoon, but there is still plenty of light bouncing in during the evening hours as well! The pictures below were taken in the late afternoon. The curtains include sheers and blackouts, so you can mix and match your light sources however you like.

The Solarium features a canopied, draped queen size bed with rose and sage green color options for blankets and pillows, a rose and green large rug, a plush muted upholstered bench, a wide vintage couch, along with plants and floral options and an upholstered arm chair. There is also a mirror to help create space for longer shots.

The furniture and decorations can be (gently and carefully) arranged in different combinations to achieve your shots, but everything must be returned to its original setting when finished. You’re also free to bring extra florals, linens, add anything you need! Just be sure to follow the rules regarding addition restrictions and breakage.
